At Simply Renew, we believe that Massage is not just a luxury, but a vital component of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
My name is Stephanie and I completed my Holistic Massage Diploma in 2014 which covered swedish techniques to deep tissue and more. Providing a sound foundation to help people address a variety of issues or simply relax.
Massage Therapy can be very effective in managing and improving physical conditions such as sciatica etc. As well as reducing stress, anxiety and improving your sense of wellbeing.
Other treatments available include Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, a specialised gentle treatment designed to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid, helping to remove waste and toxins. Often used post surgery, for pain management or detox.
Korean Contour Facial Massage (Natural Facelift) ideal for those looking for a more contoured, youthful radiant look the natural way!
Mobile appointments available as well as sessions in my therapy room in Bedford. Full DBS checked.
